Host moved, DB sync issues

I'm still not sure where the mix-up was, but the bottom line is during the move to a new server there were some database synchronization problems that were not detected for a few hours.

Payments have already been credited, and a few new accounts have been identified and the members notified.

If you reset your password or made some other account edits, those changes may have been lost. Please make them again.
